The phone is brand new in box, never opened, still sealed. just received it a week ago. Still has full warranty, Same as buying from Google. It was bought at full price plus tax. If you're considering buying from google and have to pay tax plus shipping, this is discounted. That and if you buy from google, you have to wait 2-3 weeks to ship, this you'll get in 2-3 business days.
Just wanted to ask a question real quick. If its still so new why not return it and get a full refund?
I didn't pay for it. It was a gift. Wife already has a nexus 5 on Tmobile, I already have a galaxy S4 on Verizon. I did buy my Wife's Nexus 5 though and she loves it. Just trying to get maximum return for it. If I don't sell it here, it will probably go up on ebay.
