I ended up never using this phone as I got it for work, it was turned on just to take photos. I never put any of my information in so there is no need to worry about the iCloud being stuck in. I do have a box and charger. I will also send a case for you.

Hello you never activate it with apple so the warranty with them is not activated?

It did have a sim and activated it's self the first time. It was purchased in March, so I assume that's the end of the warranty. It was never used though. I would have put new if the description had not said never activated.
