I noticed you said this was an AT&T phone, but it does not have the AT&T logo on the back. Is it an Unlocked phone, or actually AT&T? When you start it up (turn it completely off and then back on) after the SAMSUNG logo bootscreen, does the AT&T logo play afterwords? Thanks :)

It is an at&t phone. The rear battery cover was replaced.

I have issued a partial refund of 15 dollars for the charger issue. As for the battery, swappa does not require the seller to include the OEM battery. I replaced it with a new aftermarket battery because when I purchased the device, it had no battery.
