The phone is running stock but can be unlocked and rooted for anything you'd like.

It's running the Samsung Android version that comes "stock" with the phone. You'll have to root it, but you can install any Android ROM made for the device (at your own risk, of course).

The reason I ask because eBay unlock code say not warranty if the Phone is rooted or reset back after rooted, so I am not sure what is this phone situation
