JUST ADDED: MOPHIE JUICE PACK!!!!!! White beautiful iPhone. 16Gb. Mint Body - works perfectly, Never been dropped or mishandled. There is a slight scratch on the screen (see pics) but its only noticeable if you run your finger over it or if you look for it when the screen is off. Does not detract from the performance of the screen at all.

Sorry its take a long time to respond. I don't the think that the phone is unlocked. It has to be done through Verizon but it is doable.
I am sorry but $100 is too low.
This beautiful iPhone 4s is back and includes two very important things:
1. Mophie Juice Pack (very handy for travel)
2. a price reduction !!!! Yay
fyi I'm original owner, I called Verizon and they verified that the phone has never been unlocked.

Sellers should not share ESN / MEID / IMEI numbers, so please don't ask them to. This FAQ page explains why: http://swappa.com/faq/sell/share_esn_numbers
There is no other way to find out if the phone will be compatible with the tracfone service without the IMEI number.
I've read your faq page and it says that I would be entitled to a refund if it didn't work. That does put my mind at ease knowing if it doesn't work then I won't be out the $100-$150.

I just went to Tracfone and put in the IMEI number and it had no problems as far as I can see and based on my zip code. It wanted me to buy a prepaid plan after checking the compatibility. So as far as I can tell it will work. Hope that helps.
