Excellent condition Galaxy S5 with original accessories and extras!
I've had this for a few months but it has had a screen protector from the moment it was taken out of the box. It's a Zagg tempered glass screen protector in excellent condition. The phone has always been in a case as well and has no notable flaws.
I want to call it "Mint" but I'm a little OCD and Mint to me means you couldn't tell the phone has ever been touched. However, this is about as close to "Mint" as you can probably get on a phone that's been used for a few months.

- Galaxy S5 Phone with original battery, battery cover, box, and USB cable and charger (and original box)
- Tempered glass screen protector (on phone)
- SUPCASE phone case
- Extra Samsung brand battery and battery charger
*** HEADPHONES ARE NOT INCLUDED *** Sorry, I've used them, and I can't imagine anyone wants used in-ear headphones.
The phone has been restored to factory settings.
The only reason I am selling the phone is because I switched to Verizon. The phone works flawlessly.

I am not interested in the SQUARETRADE as that I already have insurance through Sprint. How could I buy it at the $375 price? Also, since I have just returned a phone to a buyer that I could not activate because it was "Black listed, could I check the DEC number with Sprint BEFORE I purchase and save us all another big headache?

Sorry, for security reasons I really can't give out the DEC. I think Swappa does a check when the listing is posted. A clean ESN NOW isn't always a guarantee later anyway - I bought a phone on eBay last year with a clean ESN when I bought it (verified through Sprint) - then by the time I received it they had reported it lost\stolen and it was blacklisted!
Best I can offer is I am a reliable seller - a couple phones here, and I'm an eBay seller ("evancg") and Amazon seller (also "evancg"). I bought the phone brand new from Best buy a few months ago, and I'm canceling service (and of course paying the ETF and final bills) so there should be no surprises with the DEC.
