Sorry, I'm not with T-mobile anymore. But I have a link to Chainfire's unlock app that you can try(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2471742).

I do not want to attempt any more flashing/modifying in fear of bricking the Note 3 and unable to trade/sell it in the future. I also looked up on cellunlocker.net with the devices IMEI and it says that it will cost 29.99 for the unlock code with a processing time of 1-5 hours.

Just let me know if that is a problem and no longer want to trade.

As for the condition, it has some imperfections on the chrome bezel. Hard to see but I will try my best to capture on image. It comes with original box/charger/usb. I could get you some pics somehow.
