Fair condition white samsung galaxy note 2 at&t with usb and tempered glass

White samsung galaxy note 2. Fully tested and completely operational. Corners of phone have minor scratches. Phone currently has tempered glass on it. Screen is basically perfect minus a small hairline crack in bottom left corner (see pictures) back is clean minus a small smudge on top left corner (see pictures) comes with tempered glass and usb.

a cracked screen is not "fair condition" i have to replace the screen. also the headphone jack doesnt work. i want to send this back for a full refund,
the screen is CRACKED, thats NOT good condition.....i would have to replace the entire screen to fix that issue along with the headphone jack doesnt work.
