Mint screen with no scratches, had protective cover since first use.
Unlocked phone has no scracthes on glass screen but has a little wear on the side. Placed protective cover before the first use and the glass shows this. Only used used for a few months but I'm getting a new phone through work and need to sell. This is not attached to a contract because it was purchased outright since I got it a couple months back. I used only on the T-mobile network but is unlocked to use on another compatible network. Excellent phone and buyer will be pleased with the speed of this device if updating from previous model.

Erik, the note 3 I bought from you says it is sim locked, I tried calling t mobile and they said only you could unlock it. Please get in touch with me as soon as possible. Thanks, Garrett
I have no idea why they say only I would be the only one to unlock it, it's at Tmobile phone and I haven't had it in 3+ months since it was sold. I know if you Google unlock sim card Galaxy Note 3 it may help you.
I did google it. Not simple. Also, as I have done some investigating, Knox has been tripped. Talking to T mobile and Samsung on the phone for an hour, only you could unlock it or if I opened a T-Mobile account then after 40 days I could unlock it. Really frustrating. I know I bought it 3 months ago but I was then out of the country so just got the phone yesterday. Not only is it not sim unlocked as per your listing but there is a crack in the frame. Seems like your listing was very misleading. I understand that I should have looked at the phone closely when I first got it, but I wasn't able to. I would really appreciate it if you would at least call t mobile and get the unlock code so I can use the phone. Thanks, Garrett
