@Dean, not yet. It currently has 4.4.4, with Motorola adding it to their official list to be updated to Lollipop. Here is an article from a couple weeks ago with unofficial sources which says update is "imminent".

How does the battery hold up for moderate usage throughout a day (light web, email, IM/social)?

@BlueEyeZ thanks for your interest. I have found that battery life is good for the usage you described. Because the actual battery is on the small side it doesn't do well with heavy usage (games, lots of on screen time, etc). But the battery saving methods it uses for moderate use work well. How does $180 sound?
