How long ago did you get this device from Sprint? Based on the LTE/Spark logo on top, it shows that it has a Sprint SIM card in it, and based on the fact that WiFi calling is on, it's still activated as that's a feature you need to turn on your account for it to work.

How new is this "new" device?
