Yes... I could send it via UPS if required. But if you want 2- day UPS delivery, I'd have to add probably $10 to the price as it's much more expensive than USPS priority mail.

I had bought it from a Verizon sales rep who used it as a personal phone when it was first released. So I would assume it was a phone from initial release.

Well, just remember that these came out in April, so even if someone says they just bought it from VZW 2 months ago, it could still have the same build date as those that came out in April.
