I purchased from another Swappa member; the phone was listed as "Ceritfied New". It was sealed / boxed like new and was loaded with 5.0.1 when I received it.

I do not know how much of the oem warranty is still in effect; nor did I indicate anywhere in the ad that it was / was not.

"Hello, i originally had a nexus 5 i purchased and ran into an issue with it so google replaced it for me under warranty. They call it certified like new, which is what i listed under in the original post. I was told this device has a 90 day warranty. It was ordered on March 9, 2015. Hope this helps."
