Sorry Justin. I can't see you calling this device new. (NIB) There are several steps to get your phone on a leaked ics rom. One, which is undeniable, is unlocking the boot loader. That process takes you to a screen on the phone that gives you two options. Void the warranty and unlock or don't unlock. You voided it. Two, install a recovery file. Which you are adding data to the phone. Three, your putting an unauthorized version of software on this phone. I can't tell you how this bugs me. I read the comments from before and you each had your points. I don't have one for sale but if I was buying one I wouldn't consider yours new by any stretch of the imagination! You have altered it, period! I hope you can be a bit more realistic. Your phone is used. Then there's no gaurantee you can get back to stock. Bottom line you altered the software of the phone. Your plugging it up to a computer and adding files to it. Please change like new in excellent condition. Hopefully swappa agrees. Thanks
That's fine. As I explained before I never stated it was a brand new never activated device. That isn't a requirement for bnib on swappa. If they had a lnib thats what I would list under. However this phone is in better than excellent condition.
As far as warranty Verizon does not warranty any customer provided equipment regardless as to whether its ever been activated or not, and any phone not purchased @ a Verizon wireless store and activated on your account is considered customer provided equipment.

Listing changed to LNIB in excellent condition as the bootloader is unlocked.
and just to clear some things up i work for a premium retailer, alex the phone is in perfect condition and runs just fine. the xperia i sold i bought on launch day last year at cost, same thing with the razr, the rezound was much more recent i had heard alot about it and decided to see if i would prefer one over my nexus.
the rezound is a great phone, i just like my nexus better for the larger screen. i'm sorry you get a bad feeling from me, i'm an honest guy, and i wasn't trying to deceive anyone, i listed it as BNIB as it fit the criteria, not because it was going to get me more money.
and every buyer that has bought from me is 100% happy.
If we agree that I'm getting 350 for the phone after all fees then its 350 plus 3% for the PayPal fees which equals 360 then ten more for swappa, that means it would be 370 for you to pay, on swappa...
