Alisha, there's a problem with the ESN number provided. Please ensure you are using the ESN / IMEI / MEID of the actual device, and not from a box that belonged to a previous device. Let us know when you've double-checked and updated so we can verify again.

I have looked on the box, on the outside of the device, in the settings of the device, and on iTunes and there is no ESN IMEI MEID number. Could that be because its a wifi only ipad?
