Hello Pranav, this is a brand new factory sealed unit that is still covered under HTC warranty. Secondly, you will barely find a mint condition HTC one for 300, much less one that is factory sealed. If you are looking for a phone under 300, then please look at my other listings. I have plenty of phones under 300. Thank You
I'm getting a brand new HTC phone for $350 (with warranty) I can buy this right away for $330 if you agree on the price

Once unlocked, will it run on T-Mobil network? Does it come with a warranty from HTC? If so, for how long? I'm willing to meet your asking price, but with S/H/I included (I'm in the Boston Metrowest area).

Hello Ron, unlocked phones may run on T-mobile, Att or any other GSM network worldwide, which is great because most phone networks worldwide are GSM. So unlike a CDMA phone, if you were to take a trip to another country all you would need to do to use your phone is to purchase a SIM card from a carrier in that country.
Secondly, the phone is still under HTC warranty until Nov. 20.
Thirdly, unless you are outside of the country, the price includes shipping and handling.
