You are correct. The buyer returned the phone saying he took it to Sprint and they could not activate it so he returned it. We have called Sprint and provided the ESN and they told us that the phone is clear to be activated which why we have relisted it.
Did you refund that buyer outside of Swappa? I don't see any activity relating to a return.

What I see for the correct ESN of that previous sale is that it's currently active on a Sprint account, which would make sense since she bought it and is now using it. So this phone is listed as black but the pictures show its white. So would it be white or black?
Can you confirm what version of Android this device is running? I am looking for stock 4.1.2 and will buy today if it is the correct version.
