hi, are you on at&t? if so, can you check online to see if they recognize the device? im trying to find a phone that can be used without a data plan. also, is it rooted? thanks

Its unlocked so it will work with any carrier that uses a Sim card. It's not rooted but the bootloader is unlocked. Yes it will work without a data plan. I also forgot to mention I bought two cases that I'm throwing in with the phone.

So no one's ever inserted a at&t sim card into it since its unused right? And would you be able to preload ARHD rom on it? thanks

Correct, a Sim card has never been loaded on this phone before. I am not comfortable putting a ROM on the phone as I've never done it before, and I don't want to brick the phone. Sorry about that :/

one last thing. can you check to see when the phone was manufactured via these instructions http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2209277. im trying to avoid one of those earlier models with the purple tint camera defect. and are any of those cases tpu? sorry for all the questions. thanks in advance

Haha no worries, the phone does not have the purple tint. I actually took my old phone that had that issue and got this new/refurbished phone (I can't tell you if it's brand new or refurbished because they wouldn't tell me, sorry). I've already checked the camera and it doesn't have the purple tint. I'm at work so if you really need me to I can do it once I get home. And no both cases are two piece hard plastic and silicone.

Yeah the phone is maybe two months old max. And no sorry I really should be selling this for $400... Especially with it being the developer edition (64gb storage), original charger, original box, and beats earphones, plus the cases. I just don't want to go any lower, sorry

Is this the Google Play Dev version? I see sense 5 and not stock google. it says 64gb how many is actually available? Also what colors are the cases? Sorry for all the questions btw

No its HTCs unlocked developer edition. So it has sense 5 but none of the bloat ware from a cell carrier. The bootloader is also unlocked. About 54 gb is available (see attached pic). Both cases are black. And no worries lol I'm more than happy to answer any questions.
