Galaxy Nexus with hairline crack, still functions perfectly.
I changed phones; purchased this in March 2012. Crack on screen that does not affect function (see description) - I've included pictures to show the crack at it's worst under angled light.
Comes with Samsung extended battery, factory charger cable, and factory AC adapter.
Damage description
There is a crack across the screen that is visible when the screen is off, and minor scratches on side plastic. No functional issues (I used it for 3 months in this condition).
