Return & Refund Policies
60 DAY WARRANTY You can return this phone, in the same condition as it was shipped to you, within 10 days after the date of purchase, no questions asked but the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping, with mandatory tracking information. This phone comes with a 60 day warranty: if its fails during the 60 days after the date of purchase, Crococell Inc will issue you a free UPS shipping label so that you can send us the phone back. After inspection, if the returned phone is the same condition as it was shipped to you, then Crococell Inc will issue you a full refund. If the phone has been impaired (scratches, cracks, dents), then we may have to deduct some fees for repair. None of the OEM compatible accessories offered with the phone (wall charger, charging cable or other) are covered by our warranty.
