Hi...the description of this phone states that this is a brand new phone, never used, in original packaging yet the listing title says "in New (RESALE) Condition." I've seen other listings that state "in New (Retail) Condition." I'm not familiar with the difference between New (Resale) and New (Retail) condition. Could you please let me know? Thanks!

The phone has never been taken out of packaging. Never turned on, battery never installed. It's brand new. Retail is usually direct ship from a distributor and resale has 1 or more steps. New can be listed as either. The phone is programmed for AT&T, however, any Galaxy S4 or greater can be programmed to work on other carriers. The steps are available on Google. Most cell phone retailers aren't aware of the process. They want to sell you the phone.

Also. Cricket Wireless is AT&T's new prepaid service. Uses their network. All you need is a cricket SIM card in any AT&T phone and start saving $$$$!!
