Damage description

Phone is in great condition, just some small scratches down by the microSD port.

Comes with a Seido Innocase II case (http://www.seidioonline.com/product-p/csr3hnx1-bk.htm), which is form fitting around the phone. Bought the case because I lost the back battery cover and they're impossible to find online. With the case on, you won't even notice the lack of the back battery cover.

2 questions:
Will it work with T-Mobile prepaid 3G?
How fast can you ship it?

I live in Europe now and I go to the US for work, I need this for development and for making actual calls so pardon my ignorance.

according to http://www.nexusoneforum.net/forum/t-mobile-discussion/9528-prepaid-3g-data.html it seems like you should have no issues with tmobile prepaid 3g. as far as i know, prepaid 3g doesnt use any special frequencies or sim cards, so it should be as simple as popping in the sim card and using the phone.

i have the phone with me at work, so i can ship it out today if you would like. would you need it shipped to europe or to your work in the US?

I have another N1 that has a back cover I'd like to use to replace yours. Will this work, or is there damage to the cover securing tabs?

Has the device been overclocked? If so, for how long?
