Damage description

Minor scuffs around the edges from the first hard case this phone had that didn't fit very well. Bottom of phone and area near the power button has some worn paint, but not very noticeable. Other than that, the phone has been in a case for most of its life.

Just checking in on the phone. I don't have much experience with rooting a phone so please answer me this: If I update the OS will I still have the free mobile hotspot.

Drew, you should retain the mobile hotspot functionality as long as you are rooted. When I rooted from froyo 2.2 to gingerbread 2.3 I had free free hotspot functionality and also when I updated to ice cream sandwich 4.0. However, since i have not rooted to any other OS I can't guarantee, but from what i've read online the OS shouldn't affect it.
