Stock Motorola Droid in great condition with case and charger
Stock Motorola Droid in great condition with case, charger, battery, and 16 GB SD card. Has never been out of case or without a screen cover. There are a few small scuffs where the case meets the body of the phone, though the case covers them. Screen is in perfect condition. Note that there is a small scratch on the screen protector, but the screen itself is fine. The original box is included though a section was cut (the UPC) for the mail in discount.
Damage description
The only damage is very minor scuffing on the body where the case clips on, however this is covered from view by the case,

I can ship within an hour if you purchase it today. For overnight, the cheapest I can find is USPS which would cost an additional $12 to the amount of shipping I factored into the price. If you want that, purchase the phone here, I'll then send you a paypal invoice for $12. Upon payment confirmation I will overnight the package today via USPS. I will note that if delivery on may 23 is acceptable this additional charge is unnecessary.

i'm curious as to why you're selling, did you upgrade your phone or something?
I'm selling it on behalf of my mom as she upgraded to the Droid charge a while back. Neither of us really have any use for it now but its still fully functional hardware.
This sold several years ago but is still listed as pending, can the status be changed?
