I recently lost my SGSIII, luckily I had insurance and was able to file a claim; they surprisingly shipped me a new device. I was already planning to buy myself an HTC one and sell my old SGSIII, which is why I'm selling it now.
As I mentioned, the device is still sealed in its original and complete packaging; it is also NOT Pearl Blue, it's a fantastic looking and unique Titanium Grey. [ http://goo.gl/TajkI ]
Included with the phone are:
- A spare and used Tech21 snap case [ http://goo.gl/L60dt ] / A previously used, but working 8GB SanDisk microSD card to compliment the SGS3's 16GB ROM / An inactivated T-Mobile SIM card.
Since I've not opened the packaging, the device is not activated or rooted; however if you wish, once you purchase the device and the PayPal transfer is confirmed, I would be willing to work with you (buyer) to open the packaging and root the device before shipping it out.

You said you did an insurance claim did you get a brand spanking new one in a box since the pics show a new box with original stickers...
Quick question @ Rene: did you have insurance with T-Mobile/Asurion or was it from a third-party (like Squaretrade)?
@GG2012: Yup, the insurance coverage was through Asurion, which I pay for through my T-Mo bill.
