Interested in this phone, but i´ve never purchased in swappa before.. I´m an international buyer with a US confirmed address so that won´t be a problem for you, but I wanted to know if this phone is contract free for me to unlock and use it right away or if there is anything that will prevent me from doing it.

Yes it is now off my AT&T contract after my wife upgraded to a new phone. You should be able to use one of the unlocking methods on the phone. Being that the phone is an AT&T phone it will run on any GSM cellular network.
