This is a 32GB black Verizon iPhone 4 running iOS 6.1.3. Had it for a few months, but I want to sell it and use the money for buy a 5. Includes USB cable (torn but still works), wall USB plug, and a car charger, and a used Otterbox Defender. General use wear, small scratch on back, works perfect.

Does the jailbreak prevent OTA updates? Also, do you have the original ear buds and would you be willing to include them?

The Jailbreak will prevent you from doing OTA updates. Restore the phone will also cause you to lose the jailbreak unless you have a custom jailbroken ISPW. And yes, I do have a pair of ear pods that I can throw in. Just a note, I'm currently, I am out of town so I will not be able to ship the phone out until Tuesday morning.
