Overall, it was a positive experience working with Jennifer. The laptop arrived quickly and was packaged extremely securely. As far as neutral or slightly disconcerting (negative feels like too strong of a word) There are several marks and one small dent on the back as well a missing pad on the underside of the laptop. Overall, not too concerned as this had a "good" rating, and looking forward to using the device.
