Seller sold me a locked phone. I sent the phone back expecting a refund which did not happen. The seller sent the phone back unlocked, something I did not ask for as I had already purchased the phone from a different Swappa seller. I now have two of the same phone. This was a very difficult sale that took weeks to resolve. I won't buy from this seller again!
