Seller was a bit slow to ship and unresponsive to requests for updates, but good otherwise. Received item day earlier than expected once it shipped. It was adequately protected. Phone sold as new but was missing SIM ejection tool somehow, perhaps a Samsung packaging defect? Good overall, I got the phone I wanted at a decent price.
