iDropped's first independently owned iPhone, iPad and Samsung repair franchise opened at The Gateway Shopping Center in Kingston / Edwardsville, PA in 2014.

Previously operated as a licensee in Nanticoke, PA since 2012, owner Dawn Balara Heller moved the location to better serve all of the people NEPA. The cell phone repair shop and owner have been featured in national media including The Huffington Post and Entrepreneur.com. Heller authors a technology column for Inside the Back Mountain.

iDropped of Edwardsville is an authorized Otterbox and Lifeproof retailer and has a large selection of mobile device accessories for Apple and Samsung phones. The store is open 7 Days/Week and located in the shopping center behind Grotto Pizza and next to United Check Cashing.

Heller has personally fixed thousands of iPhones and iPads. In 2016, Heller trained with an industry-leading microsoldering expert and added equipment to support board-level repairs including a professional microscope and Crest ultrasonic cleaner for treating water damaged devices.
