I live in a rural area with very poor service from Verizon and non-existent from AT&T and T-Mobile. Many MVNOs are one provider only and if you get out of their coverage area you're out of luck. Twigby allows me Sprint coverage at home and a backup of Verizon (for talk) when traveling. I've been very happy with their coverage. When I have had to contact customer service it's all via chat. They're quick to respond and easy to work with.

Poor customer support, poor customer communication. Drops lots of calls. It will lock your unlocked phone to the Sprint network. Cancelled after 3 months
