Yes. I purchased it from swappa.com
To be clear: The original seller on Swappa purchased this phone directly from Samsung. It was never opened when I purchased it from them. The seller had two z folds for sell, and I purchased the unopened one because I wanted a brand new phone.
I contacted Samsung to confirm that the day I opened the box and started using this z fold 6, July 10, 2025, was the day it became registered on their end. Samsung assured me using the imei of this phone that I have a 12 month warranty that ends on July 10, 2026.
