I had to look this up with PayPal. They red flag it, but suggest a 24-48 hour shipping delay to ensure payment clears. I will follow this advice.

It's just a caution for sellers, but I cannot find details on why PayPal deems it this way. Looking into it further, the key is that it's a verified PayPal address. Because of this, I am not opposed to it.
