Do I have to put a SIM card for it to work? Or can I use it as a regular iPad on WiFi without any of the cellular features. Please explain.
You can use it with a SIM card for service anywhere. Or you can use it on Wi-Fi only if you choose that choice is yours Raed hope that helps.

Battery is good last me a few days. Plus apple care + is still good until 3/1 so item still has warranty left on it I could meet you at 380
