Damage Description
I'd say this is somewhere between "Good" and "Fair". There are scuffs on the sides of the phone from various drops (see pictures). The back glass and the front glass are scratch-free: it's always been under a glass screen protector.
The charge port works, but can be a bit weird with some cables (please research this!). I have a feeling it's on its last legs.
The power/lock button works, but it's a bit "mushy" when compared to volume and assistant keys.

Bought from T-Mobile. It's the T-Mobile variant, but it's been unlocked via T-Mobile's unlock app.
Condition:
Fair to Good in my opinion. Please see pictures.
Screen is perfect: always been under a screen protector.
Corners are scuffed - see pictures.
Battery is in excellent condition: I charge only between 30 and 70%. The battery feels like new!
The charge port has issues with some cables. This is a common issue with LG V60s... the charge port will break sooner than later in my opinion (they all do). It has wireless charging.
The lock button works, but its a bit "mushy."

Non-original charger (a basic 5W brick and 6ft cable is included).
A few (used) old cases and some glass and plastic film screen protectors (I have no use for them, so I'm including them).
