It sure is. I only turned the phone on to take a picture for the listing. This is a great deal because the phone is basically brand new, never been used, and barely taken out of the box.

with carrier lock, you can find it by open Settings > General > About > carrier lock

A SIM card is required to do that and like I stated, this phone has never been used. I've uploaded additional photos of the phone after initially turning on and charged for a bit. I can assure you there is no issue with the battery health. As you can see, the second picture was taken half hour later after charging for a short period.

You should be able to use if with any carrier. The price is set to what it is set. If anything, it will be going up soon, especially with all this interest. Take advantage while you can - this is a great deal.

It should be unlocked for all the other main carriers. As stated in the description, I won this phone in a sportsbook contest, and it has yet to be used or locked into a carrier. The only reason I listed Verizon is because that's the carrier for my regular phone.

Check it in Settings > General > About > carrier Lock and you can find carrier lock status

I'd happily do that but I can't seem to get that far without a SIM card in the phone. Is there any other way to confirm?

I think you can open phone without sim card ?

I can turn on the phone but if you scroll through my pictures you can see before I'm able to access settings, it requires a SIM card to be added.

I contacted Snappy Gifts (which is where I got the iPhone from) to confirm it can be used with any carrier. I will reply once I hear back, but there is no reason it should not work with any carrier.

You're welcome. Unfortunately, there is no phone number to contact and it can take up to 48 hours for them to get back to me, but I will certainly keep you posted when I hear back.

What is your carrier? If it does not work with whoever your provider is, I'd be happy to facilitate a return. I'm truly not anticipating that, as I would imagine Snappy Gifts would not lock into any one carrier since I never had to give them that information.

It should be unlocked once you put your SIM card in the phone, but I will let you know when I hear back.

With iPhones we try out best to send completely unlocked phones to each recipient to ensure they can use it with any phone provider they'd like to. That being said, at the end of the day, the best way to ensure it's usable with the provider of your choice is to bring the iPhone to said provider to make sure they're compatible. Sorry, this is the lowest I can go. The phone is essentially brand new, they just wouldn't let me list it as such because I had to remove it from the box. It's still a steal at $534
