For buyer's remorse or order cancellations, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping costs and fees. Contact us for approval and return instructions. We will provide a return shipping label.

DEVICE RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these device return requirements. Before returning the phone, log out of all accounts, disable Find My iPhone, and remove passwords, Face ID/Touch ID, and passcodes. Additionally, perform a factory reset to erase all personal data and settings, and make sure the device is powered off. Please return any included accessories, if applicable. Failure to unlock the phone or meet these requirements may impede the return process.
PROPER PACKAGING & CONDITION:
Please securely package the phone to prevent damage during transit. The returned phone must be the same device sent to you and in the same condition. For instance, if you received a mint condition phone, it must be returned in mint condition. Damaged devices may result in up to a 50% deduction from the refund due to value degradation
