Hi John, i see few scratches front screen. it could be because of the glare but can you upload more pics of the phone and also check on battery health from One Plus Care app?

It does have a screen protector on it. Probably was the glare. I'm not sure how to check battery health with no internet connection.

I will get more pictures for you but probably not until tomorrow.

Once you install you can Launch the app, and tap on the “View battery status” option. Here, you will see your phone’s battery under the “Battery state”.
