Honestly I’m not 100 percent sure so I’m just gonna say it’s not to be safe. Also thanks for the offer, but I’m gonna hold off on dropping it that low for now.

Alright, just checked with Verizon and I got a text message from them that said if another sim card is put in it will be unlocked. I am dropping the price however because the charger I'm including is weirdly working intermittently unless you have the phone set in the right position. I'm still including it in the listing because it still works it's just weird. Nothing wrong with the phone however just fyi! I tried other chargers and it works perfectly fine! So just a charger issue!
