What is the RAM on this item?

512GB

512 is the storage. I saw that. The RAM should be either 8 or 16. One of them would not work for what I need. Are you able to find that information?

I have just confirmed with Apple. Models with
128gb 256gb and 512gb of storage all have 8GB of RAM

Does this come with a warranty?

Whatever apple would offer. The product has never been opened. It is in the original packaging.

Is there a reason the serial number on the receipt doesn't match the one on the iPad box?

Bestbuy has different serial numbers- check the model number they match and this is the original purchase receipt I received after the purchase.
