1. The screen has very light scratches as it was in a otterbox for it usage.
2. the phone is all original, just retired from work use so it was mainly used for the occasional calling, texting and email/web browsing usage.

I'm looking to get one for $49.00 as it will also be a backup unit and trying to keep it in budget. Also will have to cover the tax and purchase the charger.
There isn't much tax your covering so not sure what you mean. Chargers are pretty cheap also.
