-Warranty Coverage
Our products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturer defects. However, please note that any damage caused by the user is not covered by this warranty. Nevertheless, we offer repair or replacement services at a discounted rate for user-caused damage.

-Signature Requirement:
All purchases require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your item.

Shipping Address:
We will exclusively ship to the address listed on your PayPal account. Kindly keep this in mind when making your purchase. Please be aware that in the event of an order cancellation, a 4% PayPal fee is non-refundable.

Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective items or cases of buyer's remorse.

We guarantee that the ESN (Electronic Serial Number) is clean and ready to activate. Please note that no SIM card is included.

Display Information:
Unless otherwise stated in the description, all phones come with an OEM Apple display. Listings specifying a brand new front screen may contain an LCD aftermarket display unless stated otherwise.

Repair Notifications
If a repair has been performed on the device, it will notify you in the settings. For example, it may display a message such as "Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine display."

Battery Health

Please be aware that for canceled or returned items that are not defective, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
