* undisclosed and/or non-Apple authorized repairs, and Unknown Part messages
* less than 99% battery health
* scrapes and/or chipped glass
* less clear photos
* "Mint" with 'overlooked' fine scratches
* resellers with stock photos rather than photos of the actual device on sale
* sellers with less than ideal communication and reviews
