John, I fail to see how it's inappropriate to inform a seller that I am aware of the current market price and willing to buy his merchandise for that amount. If the seller makes a sale, he is happy. If his listing stays up forever because buyers balk at the price, the seller is unhappy. And swappa makes no money when there is no sale lol.
