Thank you, I believe the ability to unlock the OEM bootloader is under "system" >"developer settings" and the toggle to unlock the bootloader should have the ability to unlock. Sometimes the carrier is "unlocked" but the that doesn't necessarily mean the OEM bootloader is unlocked. This podcast shows how to determine if it is OEM unlocked if that helps. Thank you!
