- We accept returns up to 14 days after the sale for any reason as long as the phone is returned in the exact same condition as delivered
o If there are issues with the (Cosmetic or functional issues), we will reimburse up to $10 for shipping and there is no restocking fee
o If the phone is returned due to buyer’s remorse or any other reason, there will be $35 restocking fee + a 2.9% paypal charge that will not be refunded
- To return the device, you need to send a message on the sale page and get an RMA number and shipping address. No returns are accepted without a valid RMA.
