What firmware is this PS4 on?
Just updated the day it was posted, so whatever the newest update was. It's memory has been cleared and it's not being used currently.
How old is the console?
The console was bought new in 2017. Our son didn't play it more than 20 hours, so it wasn't used much at all since he bought it back then.
