This is an iPhone 8 in good condition. Never damaged. Very minor, normal wear + tear. Sprint was carrier (but now TMobile? Not sure how it works with merger...). I have a hard, clear Gear case for it, happy to include at no additional cost as it is a bit used looking but added protection!

I went to site and actually figured it out (entered the IMEI number) and it said compatible. Yay!

Go to Settings->battery->battery health and you will see a value for Maximum Capacity.
