Wasn't satisfied with numerous repairs on a machine I just purchased after spending $5,000+ after tax so after negotiating back and forth, they sent me a brand new factory replacement with brand new accessories. The biggest problem I see with this unit that has a 5500 M4 GB video card. That is my biggest issue. Most people will request a 8 GB unit for graphics memory.
